It is a mindset you must take to succeed in this journey. Your will and determination MUST be greater than your fears and doubts. You have to want the success more than you fear the “struggle”. You have to want the results more than you fear the “pain”. Exercise at least three times weekly even if it's just thirty minutes. It's a starting point to be consistent in your attendance for your growth. Make healthier choices so that life threatening diseases don't take form and steal your future time with your children and loved ones. Eighty – five percent of your results are from eating under portion control and spacing out your eating to three or four hour timeframe. Always check with your doctor before any new training regime. Be open and honest about how you feel. What you do not tell your trainer may cause future problems. The point of all of this is to give you the best opportunities for health safely. So picking a trainer or someone you trust is vital along with being able to share your desired fitness goals and why they are beneficial.
